Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 5-9 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer three shipping options depending on your location and order size.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays & Issues:
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance) may occasionally affect estimated delivery windows. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
